Instructor for Construction Project Management. [Spring 2020] 

Lead instructor for the course that provides an overview of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry (A/E/C) and focuses on construction engineering and management fundamentals. Students will be introduced to the professional competencies required to effectively deliver capital projects including contracts, bonding, planning, project controls, safety, temporary structures, and construction materials. Special attention will be paid to ethics, emerging technologies and techniques, and sustainability as applied to construction engineering and management practices. Students will develop the core competencies that serve as the foundation for subsequent coursework.

Lead instructor for the course that teaches students to with an understanding on the what is lifecycle costing, why is it important, and how to measure the lifecycle cost and value of an investment decision within construction industry context.
